Depending on wether u wish to add another male or female and
wether she has any Bi curiousity.
I had a partner once
reluctant to try anything other than 1on1 straight sex. I
discussed it with her several times as I'm sure u have, but
then doing later conversations I began asking her if she did
do something like that who would she like to try it with a
man or woman, and then move into if she knows any 1 she
thought of trying it with. I have found most people have a
secret desire to taste some 1 close and familliar. Once you
investigate her secret desires.
Invite a mutual friend that
would agree to participate. Have a few drinks to loosen her
up (not knock her out) 
Then you can go 2 ways here.
My favorite is to start making out with her. A lil flirty
fun. Get her warmed up. Not too heavy at 1st, she might shy
away because of the other friend, but be persistant in a
flirty and playful way. As she gets more involved with you
and she passes the point of wanting u regardless of the
surroundings. Let the other person begin to caress and
fondle her while you rev her up. Before you know it all of
you are naked and having a very hot and spicey sexual
experience. *Note she may break from making out with you and
try to cool you off, but let her know it's ok for her to
feel and want new things and that it will only happen when u
both are together.* That usually works for me.
The other
way to swing her in the mood is. Once she is feeling good
and relaxed. Let the other person slip a not so innocent
hand across her ass as he/she walks by. Leave the room for a
moment or he/she can follow ur partner into say the kitchen
and (accidently) bump lips. Slight moves and mischievious
sex play, jokes will make her feel more comfortable as the
night moves along. 
Neither of these are quick (wham
bam thank u maam). But the pay off is out of this world.
Have a good time and make sure ur lady has a very good
time. She may not want to do it again, but then she might
suprise u like others have me.

I notice so far all the respondees to your question are men,
so please allow me to give some thoughts.
I was with my ex
for 20 years, beginning in my early 20's....and we had a
great sex life. little by little, he began asking me to do
things....always with the "because you look so beautiful
when you make love, etc etc". "please baby, do it for me".
So I did.....and each time I did something for him, he
wanted more and more. finally....it became something I
dreaded....because he was never satisfied and it made me
feel, ultimately, not like a wife, but a whore. we are
now divorced.
So.....don't push it. If you love her and
want to keep her, you may need to accept that some
fantasies.....are meant to remain so. My fantasy....still
unfulfilled....is to find just one man who wants to keep me
all for himself.
